I was pleased that Holiday Gems called me the day after I booked online.
Your guy tried to get the cheapest price for us.

Shocking.
Hotel was run down and terrible - we couldn’t eat any of the cold buffet food provided, there were flies on all of the food and staff were rude - we asked holiday gems for our holiday to be refunded...
