My booking was confirmed within the hour and everything was dealt with in a professional way .
The only downside is the accommodation advertised is not as nice as in the pics and think realistic pics...

Mr Giuntoni we regret you did not appreciate that when placing your order it was a request and not guaranteed. You must have overlooked the website terms although you agreed to them. Another customer has had the benefit of the arrangements offered and you were offered the next available as per our policy.

Dear Review Team, perhaps you should make it clear when selling something instead of appearing to sell something and then “changing the goalposts and the price” because you are slack and slow to lock in and secure flights. Slow reactions from booking staff post booking should not be passed off as “sorry the flight is now fully booked and it will now cost you more and travel on poor unsocial flights. It’s snide and going to **** customers off! Just saying! Any good company would come up with a positive solution and acknowledge their downfall not blame the customer and poor policy.
