As the booking was made on Friday afternoon and the system takes 24 hours to download into our back office system, the confirmation would only have been sent by our admin department on Monday as their office hours are 0900 - 1730 Monday to Friday. WE trust this clarifies and we note that you are now in receipt of the confirmation and other necessary documents.
