It would appear that the correction was made to your ATOL receipt and sent. However, we have now resent this as you appear not to have received the previous copy. We apologise for any confusion in this regard. We note that the agent has sent your flight document, accommodation and transfer vouchers which all indicate the 7 nights booked. Our website is not live and the costs are subject to change on confirmation. This is shown on every page of the order process and reiterated in our terms and conditions. We believe that our agent did discuss this when confirming the booking. checked baggage is an optional extra and again is shown on every page of the order process. We regret that there was some discrepancy on the quote given, however £40.00 is well below the nett costs and it is unfortunate that this cannot be investigated without further details. You may email admin@holidaygems.co.uk or customerliaison@holidaygems.co.uk if your wish to complain formally.
