Thank you for your response, experience the worst customer service of my life, reached to Hurghada in middle of night 2.00 and reception can’t find my booking !! After so many calls n email it resolve 2.00 in afternoon next day!! So my original response n star goes in minus…keep away from this people they not professional…ruin my holiday was worst night of my life in reception with 6 year old daughter and luggage… I don’t know how they get ABTa certificates.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLIDAYGEMS.

We booked 2 days before departing had all paperwork emailed which was fine however the hotel we stayed in was bad I booked 5 star and would not have put a 3 star on it

Thank you for your comments. However, this appears to be regarding the hotel and not the service offered by Holiday Gems. We sincerely regret that the accommodation standards did not meet your expectations although it has an excellent rating on review sites. We note that e received no call from resort which would have afforded us the opportunity to address the issue immediately and may have resulted in a more positive outcome, including a possible hotel change. We do hope, however, that despite the issue raised you were still able to enjoy your holiday.

There was no resort rep available to us I did raise concerns with hotel reception as the entire main building had no working air conditioning so we were moved to an out building room it was a hell hole to be honest we had mosquitoes coming in through broken ceiling panels the sliding door out to patio area did not shut or lock ! I purchased extra mosquito repellents from a near by shop I have re read the emails from holiday gems and it states you are an online company and does not give information who to contact if things are not right

We must refute that we give no information regarding in resort issue. This is clearly displayed in our Terms and Conditions and FAQs online and is reiterated on our booking documents. This is a 24/7 telephone contact and is available at any time. We regret that you did not use this facility

I would like to add that I have no problem with holiday gems i was more getting to the point that the hotel was certainly not 5 star and many more complaints are going to be made about this hotel
