This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. Thank you for proceeding with the booking which we note has been confirmed despite being able to cancel if you did not agree to the alternatives offered. We are sure that you will have an amazing holiday.

We hope that we will not have to make any change to your Package Holiday but, because we start planning the holidays we offer many months in advance, our suppliers sometimes do need to make changes due to unexpected changes which include hotel closures or building works etc. Of course, Covid has also had an impact on hotels being unable to honour booking as this is a fluid and rapidly changing situation. Whilst we always endeavour to avoid making changes, we must reserve the right to do so. If you have already booked, we will let you know as soon as we can. We do try to make this as transparent as possible in our terms and conditions and we are sure that you will appreciate that this is a matter over which we have no control.
