Excellent service ... prompt delivery, sadly sandals were too big, return system absolutely brilliant .... would definitely purchase from Hobbs again.

Very slow to ship.
Very slow to ship. I appreciate the current challenges, but the other retailers I use, all of whom are also running sales, have managed to ship very quickly. All my orders from those other retailers...

Hello there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback, I can confirm unfortunately that for standard deliveries we do advise it can take up to 7 working days from date of ordering for the parcel to be delivered I'm afraid which is in part due to the unhurried dispatch period which can take 1-4 working days to occur. We do offer faster delivery options but unfortunately these do have to be requested when viewing the basket prior to checkout. Kind regards,

It took almost 3 weeks to receive my delivery. After chasing I found out 2 items from my solo order was missing. DX could not locate so it went back to in store where they were finally found and...

Great purchase
Fast delivery. Well packed. Lovely dress, just my colour. Fabric much heavier than appears and beautifully made. Just trying to decide whether to keep it though as a little large but smaller size...
