First contact was good sales person was good then some forms were filled in incorrectly not by me, that held things up a bit. The process took the best part of 3 weeks to the car being delivered.......

To be honest I haven't the time or patience to make a formal complaint I was asked to write a review so I did. I'm not asking for any money or anything else I'll sort it. It's an honest review of my experience.

We have since submitted a final statement to yourself following advising you to take your car to a local dealer to utilise the warranty on your vehicle. We also offered to pay for a new valet.

No you haven't. The bank is chasing after you and your false promesis to Barclays finance.
Barclays has paid bank charges caused by your own error in setting up payment details in the guarantor's name.
You have so far failed to provide the necessary documentation for the car to have the necessary repairs.
You have provided us "a blank piece of paper" the garage of your cery choosing refused to recognise as valid. Six months later you still unable to provide the correct repairs report.
You have failed to provide an accompanied letter where the garage is fully aware that you are picking up the bill.
On day two of our purchase we asked you to collect the car and you refused because the person that sold us the car was busy, out of the office, would call us later and in the end the person had left the company and no one in the office could take responsibility for what that person had said or done.
The moment the 14 days return period expired you treathened us with blocking our numbers and advised us not to call back.
You Been making all the promises and reassurances to the lenders Barclays Bank but to us is absolute silence.
You actually have the audacity to come to this forum and make wild claims and lies. Barclays Bank paid us the £30 not you.
Here is the list of things you promised to fix:
Back seat ripped
Vent - stinks of cat / god poo when switched on.
Full servicing
Now you have:
the cost for the wheals we had to change because the wheal it came with we're finished.
the window screen which cracked from the tiny little ship it had when you delivered the car.
The bank is still pursuing this case as for us we are doing everything upin our power before it gets to the ombudsman and the court.
In case anyone wonders THIS IS A £12.000 car.
NOTICE THESE CRUCKS HAVE REFUSED A TEST DRIVE ON THE GROUNDS OF UNAUTHORISED ENSURANCE.
WE WARN YOU ALL DON'T get yourselves involved with HIPPO, you will have sleepless nights and may even be putting yourself, your family an other road users in danger as you will be drawing a car with fake service report. Why have they faked the service report? I let you use your imagination.

Hi Elvira,
Our team advised you to seek legal advice due to being unable to co-operate with yourself in a reasonable manner.
Now that has concluded further allegations of a 'fake service report' and refusal of test drives are unwarranted and untrue.
If you wish to discuss this further please take the appropriate channels.

Hi,
Following your response yesterday we have collated further information about your comments.
Phone call recordings throughout your entire process not once discuss a test drive - I have the phone call recordings present.
You refused to accept a complimentary valet which we said we'd pay for. - Again, we have the phone calls for this.
The service history was recovered from the vehicle supplier in the first instance and therefore is 100% accurate - I have a formal copy of this.
Barclays chasing the company for funds - We deal with Barclays on a daily basis and they have absolutely no issues with us, or this case in particular.
The ombudsman was recommended for you to speak to in April, you chose not to take up this option.
