it would of been good to receive a telephone call as there are a couple of questions i would like to clarify about the property - and not to just receive an email asking for payment!

Thank you very much for your comments, we would normally set the online payment facility almost as soon as your booking arrives here, as not everyone wants to wait for us to call them back (there are lots of examples of this that also appear on this forum). However we will always follow up with a call if no deposit payment is received through the electronic site within the 48 hours specified. I am sorry if this wasn;t made clear, and that we didn't get to talk with you on this occasion, but if you do have any further queries about the booking or property, then please do get in touch with us.
