Thank you for your comments. As the letting agent for the property I'm afraid we have little say over reductions, shorter stays etc. and any financial decisions ultimately rest with the homeowner. However in this instance, as such a long standing holidaymaker, we were happy to remove our commision from the booking in order to provide a small reduction which I hope will help to restore your faith in our company.

Thank you very much, as yet I'm afraid we don't out send e-mail confirmations as standard, although we are trying to move, where we can, towards a more environmentally friendly paperless office, so its likely that in future we will. In the meantime, you should receive your paperwork courtesy of good old Royal Mail in the next few days, but if not then please do give us a call and we will happily send them again.
