The kefir does not work , it does not active. Trying but not work. There is thing wrong .

If you are having an issue with your dehydrated grains then you can contact us and we can help you get them brewing or replace them. The grains are very sensitive and when sent abroad can take a little longer to settle but we are always happy to replace grains or help with brewing just get in touch.As these are a live culture they do all behave differently but generally just a slight tweak to the brewing style gets things brewing better. If you get in touch we will always get you brewing.

These are dehydrated grains and require activation, if you have any issues when activating grains then just get in touch and we will always help get you brewing or replace the grains if needed. The grains are every environmental and sometimes they just need a slight tweak to their brewing style. Things like air conditioning can also affect the brew but we will always get the grains brewing or replace them, just let us know.
Just as expected. The instructions sheet was very clear and useful and everything was extremely well packaged
