According to our records we responded to all emails sent. We state on the website that it generally takes us 3-5 working days to reply to emails. You emailed us and we replied immediatley and gave you our telephone number to call us if it needed a faster response, we then sent a follow up email in more detail in less than 1 working day.
We will always try to answer emails as quickly as possible but we are a very small team in a niche market and some replies are quite detailed so take time. You seem to have put this feedback up after waiting less than 1 day for the more detailed reply and without following our instructions to call us if you required a faster reply.

The scoby did not grow mold, it grew a baby scoby. The photographs that you sent that we replied to confirmed this. This is normal and should happen in every brew. We did respond immediatley to your email and then sent a detailed follow up to your photo's in less than 1 business day.
Sadly you had already thrown the scoby away but we are still in correspondence with you now trying to resolve your issue so i do not think your comments are fair or accurate.
I am so sorry you were not happy with the customer service you recieved. According to our records you purchased your item on 12th January and we were quoting a 3-5 working day dispatch at this point. We also confirmed the delivery expectation in your order confirmation email we sent.
We recieved an email from you on the 15th of January which we replied to advising you again of the 3-5 working day dispatch delay.
On the 17th January we dispatched your order and you recieved your dispatch notification and your tracking information. We then recieved an email on the 17th telling us we provided awful customer service!
We dispatched the order within the time period quoted when you purchased. We replied quickly to all emails.
Thank you for your feedback we will certainly take it on board.

We quoted a 3-5 working day dispatch and it was dispatched within this time frame (ordered on the 12th january, dispatched on the 17th) we also have records of replying to all of your emails. We have record of two emails recieved, one asking for delivery updates. We replied to this reminding you of the 3-5 working day dispatch period. The other email simply stated that we were an awful company.
We do not have any record of any calls from yourself.
We appreciate all the feedback that we recieve and i can only apologise if you did not see the many emails we sent advising on a 3-5 working day dispatch delay or the replies we sent to your emails.
The grains are live cultures so they do need to be kept regularly fed and at the correct temperature to keep them happy and healthy. All our cultures have a use by date on the front of the sachet to advise when to get them started by.
The grains do not die overnight, if you are having any issues with your grains give us a call on 01323 730091 (mon-Thursday 9-5pm)
