According to our records we sent your order to you in febuary. You did email us and it did take a little longer to get a reply but as i explained in my email reply, I had been in hospital which was the reason for the delay. i have no record of any further interaction.
We do not have any record of you letting us know that you were having issues with your kefir.
I can again only apologise that my hospitilazion delayed my initial reply.

Your last purchase was in febuary, we have no records of any issues with your kefir. We do have emails from you in regards to delivery time and what you ordered but we have nothing on any brewing issues.
We have no record of you ever contacting us via whatapp. We only started the whatsapp service in April (several months AFTER our communications) and i have checked and we have no messages from you or regarding this order number.
If customers supply us with evidence of any issue with grains (photographs etc) we will always replace the grains however we have no record of any communication at all in regards to the grains brewing.
If you could email us with a screengrab of any messages sent in regards to this we will happily investigate.
According to our records we dispatched the item and it was delivered with 2 working days (you had paid for delivery within 3-5 working days).
It was sent via Royal Mail but we do offer faster DPD services. To be honest i don't think 2 working days is too long for delivery but i apologise if you feel it does.
As these are live cultures it does take us a few days to dispatch, this information is explained on our shipping information page and at the checkout.
We always look to dispatch as quickly as possible but we are a small family firm not Amazon and we are sending delicate live cultures.

We have no record of you letting us know about any issues with your order.
As stated in the instructions, our starters are more batter than dough like and this it so that they do not rise and fall. we provide clear instructions on how to change this if it is not to your taste and Sourdough always has a pungent smell in the warmer months, especially when its been in an airtight pouch.
If you had contacted us we could have offered advise or replaced the starter for you but we have not had any communication about this issue.
The tracking on your order shows it was collected from us late evening on the 4th of June and delivered to you early morning on the 6th of June. It was in the postal system for less than 48 hours not over a week.
Thank you for the feedback and i can only apologise if you did not like our style of starter.
