According to our records we sent you two sets of instructions. Our starter activation instructions (written by myself about 8-10 years ago) and our beginers guide to sourdough (again written by myself) so i am not sure what you mean by generic instructions. Yes they are printed copies (not sure how else i would get them onto paper) but they are certainly not generic. Alot of other sellers do not provide printed instructions at all so i am not sure how the fact that we supply paper instructions is a negative. But thank you for your feedback.
In regards to how long it took to arrive. The order was recieved on Friday 5th of September outside of our working hours. We are not open over the weekend and your order was dispatched on Monday 8th of September and delivered on Tuesday the 9th. Your order was therefore recieved within 1 working day of placing the order. I am not sure how (when we are growing live cultures we could have been faster) but again thank you for your feedback.

We included two sets of instructions. The first tells you how to activate the actual starter and feed it moving forward and the second set (sourdough for beginers) includes a recipe to make a loaf and the full instructions on how to do this (including proving). We also have video's on our website and youtube channel.
I can only apologise if you did not see this information in the instructions or online resources.
Very good and pleasant telephone support on all aspects of kombucha. They don't seem to despatch on Fridays - presumably so scobies don't languish in the delivery system over a weekend - so look to...
