I am sorry to hear that some of the rolls were damaged on arrival. We do like to have these reported to us at the time of delivery to enable us to investigate this fully. However on this occasion I have raised a refund for these rolls.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your turf on arrival. Whilst we do irrigate our turf when needed this is no real replacement for natural rainfall. I hope that with the watering your new lawn will have received the turf now looks more as you desire. Please don't hesitate to contact us with photos if you have any further queries.
