The website had the incorrect address for pick up and had me wandering around looking for it for a half hour. Then did not make it in time to the correct place and missed the trolly.

I payed for 2 tickets but was never picked and never saw a pink bus. I will be requesting a refund. (Challenging the charge with my credit card)

I was not picked up, why allow me to pay for the tickets online if the bus was not going to pick me up.
