Thank you for sharing your feedback with Globehunters. We would like to inform you that this is an isolated incident and does not reflect upon the experience of customers while making a reservation on our website.

We did receive duplicate payment for your reservation, and one of them was voided on the same day. Normally, this is voided and reversed on the same day, but depending on your bank and their refund procedures, the maximum time advised is 3-5 working days.

This has nothing to do with our refund policies in the event of a failed/duplicate transaction as we reverse them on the same day that they are received.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience, and we hope that this issue has been resolved now.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We would like to assure you that your feedback has been shared with all the teams and personnel who have assisted you with your queries.

After our due diligence, we have found that your ticket was booked on a special fare that did not include check-in luggage and was advertised on the booking page. It also informs the customer to call Customer Services in case you would like to add baggage.

Our team reached out to you to check if you wanted to add luggage, and as a gesture of good will, we added one piece of check-in luggage for free as soon as you purchased one.

We were never informed about the flights being incorrectly booked. If we were, we would have rectified the error when we received the booking. You also did not inform us that the flights were not correct, because they were booked in the order/manner that they were received.

Regarding the name correction, there were numerous conversations with the airline involved who said that complete name change is not possible as the last name in the other passport you wanted to use (as compared to the one you entered) were completely different. The airline mistook it for a completely different passenger altogether. We tried to convince and explain the situation to them, but it feel on deaf ears and our request for name correction was denied by them.

We understand that there were multiple issues with your reservation but we felt that we assisted you with the best of our abilities and intentions and did not mislead/misinform at any point.

We understand that you were not able to use the flight booked with us. But the reason why you have missed your flight is out of our hands.

We can only advise you to follow the airline check-in rule of making sure you "leave ample time to be in the airport before flight's departure" Or you can choose check-in online to save time. However, we cannot do anything if you miss your flight due to circumstances outside of our control.

We are sorry that we could not assist you in this situation.
