I am sorry to learn of the late arrival of your gift. Please be assured that all items are dispatched good time for delivery on requested dates. However, the item ordered is from our Postal range, and so with the thousands of orders we send out to them a week, we sometimes encounter late or failed deliveries. We do advise online that these items cannot be guaranteed for delivery on requested dates. Please accept our apologies for any upset caused. I can confirm that a full refund was processed.

Please accept our apologies for any disappointmetn caused. Our florists do not have licences to provide alcoholic items, and so these are sent by courier from another supplier. We received no contact from the florist in question with regards to any delays with your order, and so if the occasion was missed, we are sorry. Quick, efficient, and great choice of bouquets. Very reasonably priced too.
There was a request to leave outside the flat door - no-one rang, althought there were people in and the flowers were left outside the main door - could have been stolen. Not good and I am unlikely...

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We do ask our florists to obtain signatures for delivery, rather than leaving them outside. This is because we have encountered orders going missing in the past, and so it is the delivery person's responsibility to ensure delivery is successful. Should any items go missing, we are happy to replace or refund your order.
