Very disappointed, I ordered a double stem white orchid but instead bright yellow flowers were delivered. I was not advised that they could not do the orchid. Will not use or recommend flower love

Hi Georgie, thanks for chatting on the phone yesterday. I sent a phalaenopsis orchid to Jennifer yesterday and it wad delivered by my husband, we didn't make any yellow flower bouquets in our store for her yesterday. Perhaps it was from another florist? So sorry there was a mix up from the person who received the orchid as she received flowers from other people in the same company and didn’t know who came from who. A beautiful orchid was received. Thanks so much

Quality flowers and good service
Very pleased with the quality of the flowering orchid I sent recently for a birthday present. Delivery was as instructed and would definitely use Flower Love again. Good value.
