Thanks for your kind words about the service from our FBM Holidays team, Mr Kerr. You clearly like staying at Rose Cottage in its great location in Lydstep and we are pleased you enjoy returning there every year. Thank you for your comments about the kitchen and lounge - we do know the owner has done some decorating, put in a new lounge carpet and made a few other enhancements over the winter months and is conscientious about maintaining the cottage. We're sorry the cleaning didn't seem to be to its usual standard. We have spoken with the cleaner and are confident this oversight has now been addressed. Carol

This fabulous 5 star apartment is very much in demand and has a lot of repeat bookings. The parking area is shared by 2 apartment blocks and, while there is direct access to the other one, for some reason it was designed without direct access to Glendower House. Thanks for your positive comments on our service. Glad your family enjoyed their stay at Freshwater Bay Holiday Village 290. Yes, we've noticed the parking spaces aren't arranged as one would expect - some aren't directly outside the door, but outside another chalet's door. It likely goes back to when the park was built and the layout of various parts of it. Carol
