No my situation has still not been resolved. I purchased a ticket through your website for 840.00. Within the 24 hour time period the ticket when down to 7.85.24. I called in and spoke to a representative over the phone. He assured me that he would refund me the price difference of the ticket with the help of his manager. I called back later that evening to make sure the situation was taken care of. It was not. The representative on the phone did know what I was talking about and said there was no record/notes of the conversation that took place that morning. He offered to refund me $20.00 for the refund because his supervisor said that he was losing money. I ask to speak to a supervisor, and he transfers me to one. Who then says he can refund me 35.00 which still was not the correct amount . I agree to the 35.00 dollars as a refund. It is sent through paypal as my personal account which I was not told that that was how it was going to be done. I get the link for the papypal account. I was trying to claim the money and ended up sending the money back to your company.
I called in and spoke with a customer service representative. I tried several times to explain to him what had happened but he wasn't listening. I spoke with a manager and he said a department within your company would resend it after 24 hours, but it didn't happen.
I contacted paypal and they confirmed that I did send the refund back to your company. They informed me that if your company contacts them they can confirm that the money was sent back to your company.

Since the level of security has increase because worldly issues. Travel agency have to be more vigilant about the people they accept. The way they verify passengers is by sending out authorization forms, which is suppose to sent back in a timely fashion. The reason for the form needs to be sent back in quickly is because airline fares change frequently and without notice.
