Avaliações de Express Cleaning Supplies

Good Morning - first of all, we'd like to thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your feedback. I am afraid the item you ordered had a spike in popularity earlier in the day, and our system did not reflect it as an out-of-stock item soon enough. We are constantly looking at ways to speed up the connection between our site and ERP system without taking away from the user experience on our site by reducing the speed. I am pleased that you were satisfied with the refund process and that your funds were returned the following day. We hope to see you return and be able to provide you with a much smoother experience, one which we pride ourselves on.
