Too many additional charges. I bought a ticket but had to pay for a SEAT!!
There were surprise charges. I cannot have a carryon but have to pay to. Heck my bag. I bought a ticket but have to PAY for a seat, Rediculous! Never again with you

The hotel was under construction with the pool not being available. This was not conveyed in the add for the hotel so we did not put until we arrived.
