Need much improvement in service standards and customer service call back Returns and upon payment made, transmission to MOM can be more faster service like prime members

Renewed my Tiq Home Insurance. However, my experience raised more questions that I had to call the helpline to get an explanation. The renewal amount varied online from what was sent via postal mail....
