Top service and quality tyres.

Having just bought 4 tyres I was shocked to have to pay for tracking - wasn’t clear that the charge was an extra!

Sorry you feel you had a poor service, however while wheel balancing is included in the tyre fitting price tracking which is steering alignment has always been a paid for service if adjustments are required. We will look into why this was not made clear.

Good service once I was eventually seen to. I booked an afternoon appointment and had to wait two and a half hours to be seen, apparently they told everyone that they should book an afternoon...
