Have dived with Emperor throughout Red Sea, including Liveaboards, and generally find them very reliable. As with any service provider, the critical area is the point of contact and Emperor Divers are not immune from the the occasionally indifferent dive-guide. However, Emperor are pretty good at maintaining a high level of service across the board, with the team at Marsa Alam being consistently the best I've encountered. Ethos & style usually flow from the top, so 'well done, Luke'.
