So sorry you encountered issues with our outsourced delivery service. We do try to ensure our customers are aware of the limitations and they are shown in the delivery faqs page. Unfortunately at the time of your order our team were having to work under the additional CV19 restrictions, which didnt allow them to enter a customers property which did make things more difficult. With regards to the delay in getting your order, again this was down to the CV19 impact on manufacturing and transport at that time, which was completely our of our control and we would usually aim to have deliveries to customers within 3 days. I hope all other areas of contact with Electric Radiator Shop were acceptable and if we can help at any point in the future please let us know
