The insurance charge was expensive and they snuck it on at the end. Same with the deposit and the padlock

Thank you for letting us know your feedback, and I am sorry we have not managed your expectations properly regarding the need to pay a deposit, insure your goods and secure your room with your own padlock. We shall try to work on this and I shall credit your account with a £50 credit for bringing ths to our attention.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the small trolleys, ageing lift and lack of other features of modern storage units was disappointing. My removal company does not prefer to use...
