The discounted hotel prices were not the best. Direct hotel booking was cheaper.

Also I inadvertently used my married last name not my maiden name which is on my passport. Can I change that too?

The website is really easy to use. Only took a few minutes to find a hotel and book it. We use Ebookers a lot and have never had a problem.

I had booked in the wrong area and could not find a cancellation box on the website. Ended up ring the hotel and also emailing you to get written confirmation of cancellation
