The guy I spoke to when I phoned wasn't very helpful or knowledgeable about the solvit booster seat, was dismissive when I asked if there were any discount codes and rudely told me to order on line

Hello we have checked both orders and they were sent out promptly and they were delivered within the time-frame stated on our site. We ask customers to check our delivery section before ordering as a next day order placed on a Friday will not actually be with you until the Monday. Monday to Thursday before 2pm will be delivered on the next working day.
