From ordering through to dealing with a small issue the staff at e4e have been absolutely fantastic both on the phone and by email..I dont hesitate to recommend them highly
Thank you for your feedback which we have passed onto the factory. We are concerned because this has been a best selling item for many years and is the first time we have had a complaint about quality. We will of course sort this out for you ASAP
Promised delivery date not met and no phone call - I had to ring in.
On second del. date only one item of four was delivered.

Apologies for being let down on your delivery. The situation is that deliveries are made by a third party carrier on behalf of the factory and we were given a delivery date by them. We were not advised that this date could not be met so were unable to let you know in advance. Once alerted to this we followed it up straight away with the factory and advised you of the second delivery date. We have established with factory why only one table was delivered and have prioritised 3 tables to be manufactured and delivered within the next few days. Sometimes things do go wrong but be assured that we do all we can to put things right quickly.
