Hello Richard and thank you for your feedback on the Equation tables.
We believe that tables of the correct height were despatched to you so we are very keen to make sure that there are no production issues. We have investigated the welding jig settings together with frame heights coming off the production line and so far all seems as it should be. This is the first time we have seen this issue on Equation tables and the thing that would be most helpful to us are the photographs you have taken of the tables. Is it possible you to try to send these again please? We can then investigate further.
The tables do have adjustable feet to enable exact levelling (to account for uneven floors) but the frames should nonetheless be of the same height.
