The application and online purchasing process was easy. I had a couple of questions that were responded to quickly- one by email and 1 by phone. Hope not to need to try out the claims process!

We have re-sent your documents to the email address on your policy. Please check your junk and spam folders, as unfortunately sometimes emails can mistakenly end up in there.

Very pleased with process
Taking out the insurance was very easy and their customer service throughout the process was great. I had very specific questions and concerns, and they were able to advise me in a transparent way.
