Absolutely incredible product and delivered next day made to measure !! Can’t fault the product- would recommend 110% customer service set up is weird though. When you call they can’t tell you...

Hi Michael,

I'm sorry to hear this - we're looking into how the error occurred and will take steps to make sure that doesn't happen. I have sent out the replacement bracket covers and extra screws to resolve this issue, which I hope you'll find satisfactory.
