Appalling Service
Customer service is absolutely appalling and once they have your money they will not issue refunds when they are at fault. Do not use this company!!

Hello Margaret as you are wanting to make an amendment to a name on your booking you will need to allow the customer service team opportunity to do so. It is in hand and we apologise if we have not managed your expectation about how long this may take with the airline consolidator.
