Great service
Great service from Emma Owen. Dealt with professionally. The reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is that the price worked out more because I did it through their agent. It was cheaper online.

Slow and restrictive after sales service, no phone lines
Very Poor after sales service, unable to speak over telephone regarding cancellation or amendment to booking. Disappointing, Better customer service elsewhere

We are very surprised to hear this but for the protection of all, cancelation must be by email. This request was made by you and responded to inside 3 days.

Having a telephone line for new booking enquiries but not for after sales service is very poor and frustrating for customer. unsatisfactory.
