Hello, since you booked online it is presumed that customers have researched the destination / property and are confident to do so. But when booking online on our website you will have had access to the mention of the resort fees before completing since this is in the Hotel Important Information section, and states-; Please note - most hotels in Las Vegas charge a mandatory resort fee to be paid directly to the hotel. It is also in our terms and conditions which you must tick to say you have read before proceeding to book. We are sorry that these advisories appear to have been overlooked and have caused you to review us so unfavourably which we do not feel is warranted under the circumstances.

We include resort fees that can be pre paid as part of a booking but others are a mandatory resort fee required to be paid locally upon check in by the guest. It is in destinations such as USA and Dubai where these fees are to be passed on by the hotel to the local government or tourism authority and is a process over which we have no control to prepay. Where this is the case, we inform our customers via the Important Information.
