Stephen we find no emails in our public customer email accounts using the data in your booking, but cannot obviously check any for individual staff accounts. They should however, have an auto reply if they are not available to respond in reasonable timeframe. Please can you ensure you have sent emails to the correct address and contact our customer service team who would be happy to assist so we can find out why there is lack of reply. Thank you
