Took payment twice by mistake. Called and they said this is a common fault. This bug needs fixing.

As per the terms and conditions on our website, gift vouchers are processed and issued once the 14-day cooling off period has come to an end, so you should receive yours shortly. Be sure to keep an eye on your junk folder too, just in case it ends up in there!
