Hello Linus. Thank you for your review as it is very important to us. I am sorry to learn of the difficulties that you have experienced in purchasing your policy with us. I have looked into this in more detail and can confirm that this was an isolated case. There was an error on the system that resulted in your policy not being written at the time of purchase. We have also brought this issue to the attention of the sales advisor that you spoke with to ensure that this does not happen again. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
