This is quite concerning. We have a complete department dedicated to ensuring our brochure and website images represent our products accurately but sometimes it can be difficult to capture exactly a colour or shade. Please expect a call from me to discuss this further and to address your point about delays in receiving your goods. I do realise that intercontinental shipping can produce a variety of issues such as delays and customs examinations but the large majority of our customers receive their orders within 2 weeks when shipped from the UK and we will continue our efforts to reduce this further.

I am very sorry you have found our largest waistcoat size not to be suitable for you. We are continually listening to the feedback we receive from our customers and should we experience more demand for larger sizes in this range we will do our best to introduce them. If you feel it is of no use to you please send it back to us and we will exchange it with anything else you might want and hopefully improve upon your experiences. Having reviewed your Internet order it appears you have placed it with a request for the button cuff. I am very sorry to hear this was not what you intended. My initial thoughts are that you may have this set up as a default option in your account preferences. Please log into your account and check this for yourself and if any doubt we are always on hand to take an order from you personally by telephone. If again you find this completely unsuitable, please return it to us and we will organise an exchange as quickly as we can.
