Hi Melissa, I am so sorry to hear that your products didn't get to you next day, this is the service that we offer for £4 delivery. They were posted by our team on 28th so should have been with you on 29th. Unfortunately FedEx have let us down here and delivered your products 3 days late. They are still experiencing some issues with delays due to Covid-19 restrictions as detailed on our website. We have refunded your shipping charges and are so sorry for the inconvenience caused. We hope that we can deliver to you again soon and show the great level of service that we usually offer.
