Great service from order to delivery. Recent top up of smokeless fuel - was at work on the day and agreed for delivery to back porch. Driver took up steep garden path right to coal bunker.

Excellent communication regarding delivery which was as promised.
depends on your local depot,in all fairness,our coal delivery comes from raydon suffolk,very freindly helpful chaps and lass i think still,left a message on my mobile,i was here and the driver kindly...

depends on your depot,iv used couple times now,let me know whats going on every time,did wot i asked,chaps at raydon depot suffolk brill
delivery lead times are to long (sometimes 7 working days) and unpredictable...making planning when to order difficult
