Took over a week to deliver.
Driver left the bags on the front drive without letting me know.

Our aim is to deliver within 5-7 working days. Please feel free to leave instructions for your driver in the 'delivery instructions' box at the final stage at the checkout. we were told two or three delivery days and times and every time the coal failed to be delivered.Then finally it came.
The delivery last year of 40 bags of smokeless coal was left in the road which...
