After placing order online I had to contact them three times in order to eventually get my order delivered . Not great when you are waiting for a source of heating. Product was great once delivered

Failed to deliver on stated delivery day although supposedly out for delivery on that day.Offered delivery in following week which would have been to late for me to use.
