I note the administrator replied to your query on 22/5/14 (4 working days later). Our tutors are targeted with a 2 working-day target turnaround time for academic support requests. Administrative questions can take a little longer as we have to create the process to support the issue, in this case I think you were offered a demonstration video, which obviously took a little bit of time to produce. In any case we have noted the slight delay and have requested that all admin support requests be answered within the same 2 working day period. So thank you once again, for bringing this to our attention, you have enabled us improve our service by doing so.
