Hi Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Clear Health. We apologise that you did not receive your documents within the agreed time frame, this was due to an admin error on the insurers behalf. We asked the insurer for your documents to be sent to you via email as requested, however after investigation we have today found out they were sent to you via post which will take slightly longer to arrive. The insurer has now confirmed that your documents have been sent to you by email to which you have now confirmed receipt of. We would like to apologise again for any inconvenience caused. Thank you Maria for all you did yo resolve this issue. I recieved a very fast response from this review and Maria acting accordingly to resolve this problem immediately and apologised sincerely. My initial review is now invalid and I would most definitely recommend clear health. Thank you Maria
