Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about the service you have received. We take all feedback very seriously. I note from review of your case that you were made a reasonable offer by the Defendant on the basis of the medical evidence (which you agreed and authorised for disclosure) and that you were given an option as to whether you wished to accept or reject that offer and you chose to accept. I appreciate that you may have been unhappy with the outcome but note that you were also provided with a Barrister's advice and that there was a significant risk that a court would have awarded your less. I wish you all the best for the future.
