Thank you for taking your time to leave feedback to us. We are glad to see you find the service you have received from us as excellent. I am disappointed to hear that the buttons on the trousers you ordered have an issue. If you would like to return the trousers to us you can do so using the collect+ free returns label. I understand if you want to keep the goods but are advising about the issue with the buttons. I will have this comments passed on and the trousers in stock looked at to see if there is anything we can do with the supplier about this.

We would advise you to return the incorrect bra and we will be able to exchange this for the correct size for you as a priority.
