Sorry to read your feedback - I'm aware that you had many conversations with my colleague Kerry prior so I have asked her to reply to you directly. I'm sure that you can appreciate that where ever possible we will always try and ensure that we meet and exceed our customers expectations and having very successfully sold our range for 10+ years its extremely rare that we get a negative reply.
We work very closely with our couriers and will always try and ensure that we offer the very best delivery charges for our customers. We incur many delivery charges of which a large percentage is absorb by ourselves but again I hope you can appreciate we can not unfortunately absorb delivery costs for items returned.
In line with our Guarantee if the product fails to meet your expectations we will of course happily refund you the cost of your order.
I'm sure that Kerry will be able to add to my reply but wished to acknowledge your response in the first instance

I spoke to Kerry today who was obviously very disappointed to hear that you had left negative feedback and to state that we had given you a poor level of customer service. I have always prided ourselves that we give excellent service and are as ever always here to help, this is extremely evident in all our other feedback. I appreciate that having this facility means it does give customers an opportunity to leave negative replies if, for one reason or another, the product/service has failed to meet their expectations. For me its how we resolve these potential issues and ensure they don't repeat themselves is the key to our continued success.
As mentioned to you the Cowl isn't defective but unfortunately doesn't meet with your needs, this can occasionally happen. In line with our Guarantee we will happily accept and refund you the cost of the Chimney Cowl - can we again please request that you send the Chimney Cowl back to our address and upon receipt we will provide you with a refund.
